We're a small family run Canadian company doing our best to help people around the world. Because of recent U.S. law changes (White House Executive Order, effective August 29, 2025), shipments into America may now face customs fees, brokerage charges, duties, or tariffs. These charges are set by governments and couriers, not by us, and we do not receive any of these fees.
What This Means for You
You may be contacted by customs or a courier to pay fees before receiving your package.
Delivery times can vary, and sometimes packages are delayed, held, or inspected by customs.
Please check your country's import rules and restrictions before ordering. If a package is refused or confiscated, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
If you refuse to pay fees and your package is abandoned, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
Once shipped, your tracking number is the only information available to both you and us. Contacting us does not provide more than what you see online.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or even that a package will arrive, as this depends on customs and courier services.
If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS, UPS, or another courier, we are not responsible and cannot compensate you.
Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot reroute or correct packages once they have shipped.
Our Promise
We pack and ship every order with care, and we always try to minimize costs for our customers.
We'll provide full tracking and assist where possible, but we cannot override customs or courier decisions.
We are also currently offering UPS as shipping option for a little more. UPS may charge customs fees even though most of our items are tariff free under USMCA. We aren't currently using Canada Post because they will definitely charge customs and tariff fees.
Shipping time + Processing time + Weekends & Holidays = Delivery time
Please calculate the processing time and your shipping time selection correctly to ensure you get your package
when needed. Processing times for your order to leave our facility is 1 to 5 business days, not including
weekends, and both Canadian and American holidays.
1. Tracked Packet and Expedited Parcel Shipping Option: $14.50 USD
Receive your package as few as 4 - 8 business days(*)!
Shipping time does not include any possible delay at US customs. This is our default
shipping option for you. For every order you place, you only pay $14.50 USD. (U.S.A. address only.) Your
package will be shipped Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel via Canada Post, and will be delivered by
USPS Priority Mail.

- When we ship your order, you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number.
(*) To Hawaii, it usually takes 30 days. Business days between major urban centers, some exceptions apply.
This is an estimated time of delivery, and we are not responsible for delays caused by United States
Postal Service (USPS) or public statutory holidays.
(**) Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between most major urban centres and
are dependent upon origin and destination. Due to the volume of orders we receive, our order processing
time is 1 - 5 business days before we ship out your order.
(***) Orders over 1 kg will be charged the actual shipping cost.
2. XpressPost Shipping Option: $23.50 USD
Receive your package as few as 2 - 3 business days(*)!
Shipping time does not include any possible delay at US customs. If you need your package
quicker, we now offer an faster shipping option which you only pay $23.50 USD. (U.S.A. address only.)
Your package will be shipped XPRESSPOST via Canada Post, and will be delivered by USPS Express Mail
(EMS).

Track your shipment online
Canada Post website provides an online tracking system. You can track your package using the Canada Post website with your tracking number.
You can also track via the USPS website once the package
has entered the United States.
ATTENTION
Please read below to receive your package in a timely manner.
Some customers miss the USPS delivery attempt notice, and when they realize that their packages have
not arrived, it has been already returned to our company.
To avoid this situation, please check the USPS website with your tracking number often.
If you don't find a delivery notice, but if on the USPS tracking page they say it attempted a delivery,
please phone USPS.
Phone 1-800-222-1811 and talk to a USPS customer representative, give him/her your tracking number, then
ask for the address, phone number and hours of operation of the local Postal Unit your package is being
held at. You can schedule a redelivery or go and pick it up in person. For pick up, your photo ID is
required.
Please note: Our customer Service center has no more information or ability than what you can see and
do on the USPS.com tracking website.
If you forget to check the tracking status and if USPS keeps it for 30 days (expedited) and 5 days (Xpress),
your package will be returned to us. It will cost you!
The USPS service will hold your package for up to 30 days (expedited) and 5 days (Xpress), after that
they will return the package to us and we will then contact you to decide if you want to cancel your
order or have it resent. The following charges then apply.
Option 1: Re-sending
$30 resending fee will apply. We do not make any money on this service, as USPS charges us to
send your package back to us and it costs $14.50 to resend it to you. (We consume labor and packaging
material costs at our expense.)
Option 2: Cancelling your order
$20 cancelation fee will apply to those wishing to cancel for whatever reason. This fee only covers the
return shipping cost and the credit card transaction fees, we do not make any money on. (We
consume labor and packaging material costs at our expense.)
